at 1600hrs on 15th January, the Eastbourne and Wealdon RAYNET group was placed on standby due to possible flooding in Uckfield. Following a multi-agency meeting held at 2000hrs, the 15 members from Eastbourne and 5 from South Sussex were stood down by the district EPO, but remain at a state of readiness for the next few days. Standby was completed at 21.32hrs.
